Open till 4AM everyday

Diva Thai & Sushi Bar just opened its doors in the former location of the 44th Ward Dinner Party. Diva Thai is serving up sushi (obviously), as well as some classic Thai favorites like Pad Thai. If you’re partial to Thai curries, however, you won’t find them on the menu. Oh yeah, and it’s currently BYOB, which is always a plus. Diva Thai caters to the late night crowd by staying open until 4AM everyday.

Spicy Salmon Roll

California Roll
The sushi rolls are pretty tasty, and are quite inexpensive for the quality and portion size. For example, the California rolls contain real crab meat, and you get 8 pieces for only $6. Most of the basic rolls are either $6 or $7, and the fancier rolls range from $12-$16. The pictures of the sushi rolls were taken after eating a couple pieces … sorry, I just couldn’t wait.

Crispy Lard Nar

Pad Thai
If sushi’s not your thing, entrees are also available. I would like to have seen more of an extensive Thai entree menu, but I suppose Diva Thai can be characterized as more of a sushi bar than a traditional Thai restaurant.
The inside of Diva Thai hasn’t changed much compared to how 44th Ward Dinner Party had things set up. The most obvious change is that the bartender area has been converted into the sushi bar, and the lighting inside is a bit brighter.
Next time you’re heading home from the Boystown bars at 3AM craving sushi, you now have somewhere to go.
